Questions drivers ask

What do I need to rent a car?

A valid driver's license, you need to be at least 25 years old, and an active account with a gig platform like Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or Instacart.

How much does it cost?

$450 a week with unlimited miles and no deposit, or $75 a day with a 3-day minimum, unlimited miles, and a $150 refundable deposit.

Do I get my deposit back?

Yes — the $150 deposit on daily rentals is fully refundable as long as the car comes back in the same condition it left in.

Is insurance included?

Yes, insurance is included while you're driving for an approved platform, with a $1,000 deductible on all accidents. If you'd rather not carry that exposure, you're welcome to add your own coverage through a third-party provider like RentalCover, Hugo, or similar rental insurance services.

What payment methods do you take?

Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card.

How fast can I get approved?

Most drivers hear back the same day they apply.

What if I get in an accident?

Call us right away. There's a $1,000 deductible on accidents while driving for an approved platform, and we'll walk you through next steps. Drivers who added their own coverage through RentalCover, Hugo, or similar providers can use that to offset the deductible.

Can someone else drive the car?

Only the driver listed on the rental agreement is covered to drive the vehicle. Call us if you need to talk through an exception.
